Apply now for the Regenerative Agriculture Mentorship Program (RAMP)

Delivered by Southern Cross University in partnership with the Regenerative Agriculture Alliance and Farming Together, the RAMP is designed to best facilitate transformative change in agriculture and is funded through the NSW Environmental Trust Environmental Education initiative.

Over the course of the 12-month program, successful applicants across nine mentor regions in New South Wales will work with our regenerative agriculture mentor experts to develop their knowledge, capacity and application of the principles and practices of regenerative agriculture.

The RAMP group-mentoring program is unique as it has an added feature of an embedded education component which is delivered in each of the twelve once-monthly online mentoring sessions.

RAMP aims to facilitate and support farmers to make the transformational change from traditional to regenerative agricultural principles and practices. The goal is to reduce the human-induced impacts of climate change using environmental education projects that drive agricultural practice change for improved soil carbon, hydration and biodiversity.

The program will consist of monthly 1.5-hour online meetings between the mentor and the mentee group (approximately six mentees per group). Additionally, there will be 3-4 two-hour discussions hosted by guest speakers throughout the year and we will endeavour to facilitate optional farm field days.

The 12-month course costs only $330 for participants.

The application process is integrated with the research requirement set out by the funding body, so it is a comprehensive application.
