Project Description: The Yandilla Mustard Oil Seed project was a unique and innovative project that created a bespoke financial modelling tool for complex grower/processor co-operatives. Moreover it developed an archetypal legal structure for a group which consists of a co-operative and investment vehicle. The models and structures are well suited to capital intensive processing supply chains.
