Project Description: Wildcatch Fisheries SA project, 'Fair Fish', established the Fair Fish brand and website which includes fisher profiles, species information, recipes from contributing chefs and an e-commerce platform. They also completed a feasibility report to ascertain the cash flow, business model and structure for their co-op.
