Project Description: The Truffle Marketing Co-op project developed a stakeholder and communications strategy including a website redesign, a new logo and an operations manual. The project also involved the development of a virtual warehouse to assist small landholders who are geographically separated. The development of the operations manual was achieved to enable upgrade and expansion for co-op members.
