Project Description: The SunPork Farms project created a trend analysis tool which is a statistical tool than can be applied to any data string collected over time (need at least 2 years data) and has many applications for primary industries. This implementation of this SPC tool also provides learning of why benchmarking groups need to move from the traditional reactive review of data (usually a month or quarter) to a more real-time review, which then become more decision support rather than static benchmarks for production parameters.
