Project Description: The Nursery and Garden Industry project created a viable business model and high-level business case for a digital platform to co-ordinate data along a supply chain. This structure is novel, and while complicated to set up - can be done in a way to minimise conflict so the industry as a whole can benefit. The model is one that can be easily rolled out nationally and can be applied across different industries - benefiting agriculture at large.
