Project Description: The Mountain Milk Cooperative outcomes and learnings revolved around creating a point of difference and the approach adopted to take that to the market to extract a premium. It involved work in collaborative farming (sharing, reducing input costs and increasing profitability), credentialing (providing supporting evidence of good farming practices), the approach to implementing, incorporating or even using the co-op principles and values to their advantages now and in the future, how they used each network and created a strong supporting network of resources and advice, openness to listening and being adaptable.
