Project Description: The Maranoa Kangaroo Harvesters and Growers Cooperative project was established to develop the capacity of the co-op and the industry more broadly. The project held a number a workshops and forums to increase member engagement and participation. The project developed a business plan and a business model to enable greater ownership and innovation for farmers.
