Project Description: The Free-Range Family Co-op successfully developed their boutique paddock-to-plate project through hosting a number of educational, community events, increasing the traffic to their website and social media channels and trialling various packaging methods to support delivery outside of the direct delivery area. The project trialled a website platform for online ecommerce and inventory control, established financial models and marketing guides which can be transferred to other paddock-to-plate co-ops.
