Project Description: This project titled "Identifying Quality Parameters for fresh chestnuts and managing them through the supply chain to preserve quality and freshness at the point of purchase" aimed to address the issue of quality parameters and their maintenance through the supply chain. The information gathered helped Chestnut growers and the associated supply implement changes to chestnut quality and packaging to achieve the ultimate ‘eating experience’ for the consumer.
