Project Description: The Birchip Cropping Group project produced i) a unique set of rules for groups of farmer/grower groups to start a farmer data co-operative, ii) a new community and network of stakeholders for the co-operative, iii) legal guidelines and considerations of establishing a farmer data cooperative, and iv) a reinforcement of the co-operative as a methodology going forward.
